On Thursday, 16 October 2025, the Electoral Law and Governance Institute for Africa (ELGIA) engaged the National Anti-Corruption Campaign Steering Committee (NACCSC) in a strategic meeting to review the County Anti-Corruption Civilian Oversight Committees (CACCOCs) Concept Note and implementation budget.

The session examined progress made in establishing CACCOCs across 36 counties and discussed support for the operationalization of the remaining 11 counties.
