On 22nd October 2025, ELGIA’s Senior MERL Specialist, @Bella, facilitated a thought-provoking session on strengthening the nexus between Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) and Resource Mobilization during a workshop convened by URAIA Trust Kenya-ELGIA’s trusted implementing partner.

 

She underscored the critical role of integrating M&E with resource mobilization to enhance both accountability and sustainability, particularly through the strategic use of evidence to secure funding.

 

The workshop provided Uraia’s project implementing partners with a dynamic platform to reflect, exchange experiences, and explore adaptive strategies for sustained resource mobilization. It also served as a space to unpack emerging challenges and co-develop practical, context-responsive solutions.
