ELGIA JCE workshop on curriculum development, capacity building, and strategic planning
On Day 2, the JCE workshop continued with discussions focusing on curriculum development, capacity building, and strategic planning. Participants reflected on previous trainings and received an overview and presentation of the Election Dispute Resolution (EDR) curriculum, including the draft EDR training module.

The session also examined Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) materials for the JCE, followed by a presentation on previous work undertaken by the sub-committees, highlighting their terms of reference, lessons learned, and proposals for the way forward.

The Judiciary Committee on Elections expressed appreciation to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) for its support and funding of the workshop, which has enabled continued progress in strengthening election dispute resolution processes..
