ELGIA was delighted to have our Executive Director, Mr Felix Odhiambo hosted by Aurelia Chepkirui Rono, the Principal Secretary in charge of Legislative Affairs to discuss potential collaboration between the Prime Cabinet Secretary Office and Elgia Afric on strengthening the legislative process, coordination and the implementation of key resolutions and legislations enacted by Parliament.
