EALGIA held a consultative meeting KISP induction workshop Supported by the FCDO
On October 23, 2025, a consultative meeting was held to plan an upcoming induction workshop for the Kenya Institutional Strengthening Programme (KISP) consortium partners.Supported by the FCDO, the workshop aims to deepen partners' understanding of the program's objectives, theory of change, and first-year priorities.It is designed to build a shared approach to Thinking and Working Politically (TWP) and Adaptive Programming, fostering a flexible, context-responsive delivery model informed by ongoing political economy analysis.Furthermore, the workshop will strengthen capacity to operationalize goals across the four workstreams and introduce effective results-reporting tools aligned with the FCDO requirements and the program's MEL framework.
