His Excellency Dr. William Samoei Ruto delivered a keynote address on August 13th, reaffirming his commitment to devolution and inclusive governance while advocating for financial reforms to empower marginalized communities. ELGIA and other CSOs leveraged the platform to network with stakeholders, exploring innovative strategies; from technology-driven transparency to SDG financing to advance good governance.
