KISP Media Training Workshop for IEBC Commissioners

As part of the Kenya Institutional Strengthening Programme (KISP), funded by FCDO, the Electoral Law and Governance Institute for Africa (ELGIA) is facilitating a three-day media training workshop for IEBC commissioners and senior management. This strategic activity supports institutional strengthening by addressing individual and collective capacity gaps in media engagement and public communication.

Today's sessions focus on:

- Brand visibility and strategic positioning

- Organizational culture and change management

- The art of public speaking and ethical communication

- Media engagement, crisis communication, and media strategy

This workshop forms a core component of ELGIA’s broader induction program for IEBC, designed to enhance leadership readiness, public-facing competence, and institutional credibility.
