A successful final day of the EDR Debrief Workshop for Court of Appeal Judges in Nakuru The working sessions reflected on the emerging jurisprudence on proposals on legislative reform and possible review of Court of Appeal election rules, common issues to Supreme Court from 2022 election appeals, EDR debrief recommendations especially in the 2027 electoral cycle and the 24th supplement of Laws of Kenya and new features on Kenya Law.
