ELGIA and IEBC meeting on the Government sanctioned Electronic Government Procurement system (E-GP)
On 7th May 2024, representatives from the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) met with the Electoral Law and Governance Institute for Africa (ELGIA) with the Supply Chain Directorate.
IEBC's director for procurement was present among other senior officials. The meeting deliberated on the Government sanctioned Electronic Government Procurement system (E-GP). The new system sets to increase transparency, efficiency and accountability in procurement processes within IEBC's operations.
