ELGIA convenes EDR debriefing session for deputy registrars and researchers of the High Court of Kenya
On the 18th of April 2024, the Electoral Law and Governance Institute for Africa (ELGIA) convened an Electoral Dispute Resolution (EDR) debriefing session for deputy registrars and researchers of the High Court of Kenya.
This debrief aims to facilitate discussions and knowledge-sharing on the implementation of e-filing systems in electoral processes. Judicial Officers from different counties in Kenya came together to exchange experiences, challenges, and best practices related to electronic filing.
The session will provide a platform for collaboration and capacity building, with the overarching goal of enhancing efficiency and transparency in electoral dispute resolution processes.
